"A Harvard Business Review Report indicates challenged leaders can result in disengaged employees which have such impacts as:
Team Building
“If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together.” Helping leverage talents and capabilities of teams to perform at their best through team building activities, use of the Activity Vector Analysis Tool, and team assessments.
2. - I help organizations improve teamwork and cohesiveness by introducing them to team fundamentals and assist them in becoming more cohesive teams. This is done by helping teams understand the importance of good teamwork and providing your teams with teamwork fundamentals and equipping them to better support these basic tenets.
a. As most business leaders know, in order to have happy customers it is even more important to have happy employees. Leaders do not take care of customers; leaders take care of the employees who take care of the customer. Having strong, cohesive teams are integral in this.
b. A Harvard Business Review article detailed that “When organizations institute positive, virtuous practices they achieve significantly higher levels of organizational effectiveness — including financial performance, customer satisfaction, and productivity … The more the virtuousness, the higher the performance in profitability, productivity, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.
Strategic Planning and Business Process Mapping
“A business that stays caught in the no profit zone will, like a military unit in the Killing Zone , meet with disaster. Getting out of the zone requires, first, recognizing the danger, and second, taking the risk of doing things differently-or reinventing the business.” - Dennis N.T. Perkins
Facilitate strategy formulation, development, implementation, and execution. “An idea without a plan is just a dream.”
